Fern Produced five puppies all tri-coloured dogs, the sire of the pups was J. F.
McRobert’s Roy, there were four rough coated pups and one smooth coated.
Bobby Dalziel started Pete Trialling, they had a few
placing's in open trials before Joe McRobert got

been placed regularly.

Quernmore on the 9th February 2006.

round and 5th in the double gather championship.
Ian Fleming’s Mirk had been placed a couple of
times in the 2004 - 2005 nursery trials with the
Lanark, Lothian and Peebles nursery league.
This year he has had some good placing's in the
nursery classes and has won the novice class on
more than one occasion
Chip was retained on the farm and although he was
partly trained, I never got him fully trained due to a lack
of time on my part. He was sold to Norman McDonald
just before Christmas and the latest reports are that his
training is coming along just fine.
Sarah McGarty had Hope
from a pup and trained
him, he has gone to
Scandinavia.
He was very stylish when
working sheep.
Zac was the only smooth coated pup in the litter, he
was sold into Wales and although I haven’t seen him
since he was a pup, I have talked to the person who
has him and apparently he has turned into a first class
work dog who is afraid of nothing and works both
cattle and sheep equally well.
The pedigree of the above dogs can be found here
